Physicians

Our facility includes the following physicians:

Marc Raphaelson

Dr. Marc Raphaelson is a neurologist. He received his medical degree from Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He specializes in neurology and sleep medicine, with certifications in both from the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.

Nicole Radabaugh

Nicole Radabaugh, FNP-BC is a family nurse practitioner. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the Chamberlain College of Nursing and then earned her Master of Science degree at Walden University. She holds a national board certification with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) as a family nurse practitioner. She has a background in pain management and urgent care and a RN background in a wide variety of specialties.
